External rotation of shoulder

The band should be secured to a stationary object at shoulder level. Begin by sitting on the ball with the knees bent. Hold the end of the band in the right hand. The right arm should be extended across the body. Keeping the arm straight, pull the band across the body, as demonstrated. elastic color

Begin by lying on the back with the knees bent and the arms at the sides. Place the exercise ball between the legs. Holding the ball between the legs. Extend the legs to form a 90 degree angle with the body. Lower and repeat.
