We have an 8000 square ft. rehab facility with 12 PTs on staff. We have created a series of charts which permits us to shift patients between therapists; we never had succeeded to achieve that before. I use this program to document the adjustments specifically to each patient, I find it very useful to be able refer back to their charts.
